At Agape Traders, we value your trust and strive to deliver only the finest quality saffron and natural products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.
2. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-6 business days.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Replacement Policy
In cases where a replacement product is available, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement will be processed only after verifying the issue with the returned product.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used saffron packs cannot be returned.
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
